The experience overview

The Paris every first-time visitor deserves to see.

The Eiffel Tower and the Seine are not just sights, they are the frame through which Paris understands itself. Every visitor comes to see them. Few see them with someone who knows what to point to, what story to tell, and when to stop talking and simply let the view land.

Our visit follows a top-down route. We take the elevator directly to the highest level available, then descend floor by floor, so you absorb each perspective on the way down, unhurried, with the best views first. Your guide accompanies you through the tower and bids you farewell on the first floor, the largest space on the tower, with plenty of room to linger at your own pace before heading down.

The Seine cruise is yours to take whenever you choose. Your ticket is valid for a full year, and we recommend timing it around sunset, Paris looks different from the water in the evening light, and you’ll catch the Eiffel Tower illuminated and sparkling from the river. Take it today, or on another evening of your trip.

The Experience Flow

Meeting point – Orientation & the ascent

We meet at the esplanade. Tickets already handled, no queuing at the window. A brief ground-level orientation, then straight into the elevator to the top.

Highest level first – The best view first

We go straight to the highest available level. Paris entire, the Seine below, the city in every direction. We take time here before beginning the descent.

Down through the tower

The 2nd floor at 115m, the broadest panorama. Then the 1st floor at 57m, the tower’s largest space, with its famous glass floor, boutiques and cafe. Your guide bids you farewell here. Take your time before heading down.

Flexible cruise – The river, at sunset.

Your cruise ticket is valid for a full year, use it today or on another evening. We recommend timing it around sunset: Paris looks different from the water in the evening light, and you’ll catch the Eiffel Tower illuminated and sparkling from the river. Departures every 30 minutes from 10am to 10pm.

Private Booking

Prefer Paris exclusively to yourselves?

A private session means no shared introductions, your own pace, and an experience tailored entirely to your group. Ideal for families, celebrations, and guests who prefer not to share the moment with strangers. Also the right choice for guests with mobility considerations, we adapt the route and pace to suit.
You pay a base fee to reserve the experience for your group alone, then a per-person rate covering your tower ticket, cruise, and individual access costs. A couple pays €230 per head; a group of six pays €137. We'd rather show you the arithmetic than give you one number that hides it.

FAQ

Do I need to book Eiffel Tower tickets separately?

No, tickets are included and pre-booked as part of your experience. You won’t queue at the window. We meet at the esplanade and go straight in.

Is the summit included or extra?

The standard experience includes access to the 2nd floor, which has the best panoramic view of Paris. Summit access (276m) is available on request, subject to conditions and availability, and carries an additional fee. Please mention it at booking.

Will we be sharing the experience with other guests?

Yes, the standard experience is a small shared group, capped at 8 guests. If you’d prefer the experience exclusively to your group, our private booking is available. Contact us for pricing and to reserve.

Is this experience suitable for children?

Yes, families are very welcome. Children must be able to handle heights comfortably for the tower portion. The river cruise is completely suitable for all ages. Please mention ages in your booking notes so we can prepare appropriately.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The tower visit proceeds in most weather, the upper floors have both indoor and outdoor viewing areas. If extreme weather or a security condition forces the tower to close entirely, guests will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. If the summit is restricted due to high winds but the tower remains open, guests who purchased summit access will receive a partial refund for the price difference.

Do we have to do the Seine cruise on the same day?

No, your ticket is valid for one year. If you’d like to take the river on a different day, that’s entirely fine. We do recommend timing the cruise around sunset if you can: Paris from the water in the evening is a different experience altogether, and the Eiffel Tower illuminated and sparkling is genuinely worth waiting for. Departures run every 30 minutes from 10am to 10pm, no reservation needed.

Is this suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

The Eiffel Tower involves stairs and elevated platforms that may be challenging for guests with significantly reduced mobility. The Seine cruise is fully accessible. For an adapted experience, adjusted pace, modified route, we recommend the private booking option. Please let us know at booking and we will make the necessary arrangements.
